Is the rib cartilage bump causing pressure, and will I need revision rhinoplasty to prevent extrusion? (Photo)

I am 19 months post-rhinoplasty with a rib cartilage graft at the tip and a silicone implant at the bridge. A bump has formed on my columella, which my doctor confirmed is caused by the rib cartilage graft being close to the skin. I occasionally feel stinging and a popping sensation but have no persistent pain, redness, or swelling. The skin over the graft is thin, and I’m concerned about the risks of skin thinning or extrusion but want to avoid revision surgery.
