Yes, your nose can be lengthened during rhinoplasty. Typically the length of the nose is measured from the top of the bridge to the tip of your nose. By augmenting your dorsum and raising the starting point of your nose, the length of your nose will increase. This can be combined with projecting and lengthening the tip of your nose, to create a longer and more balanced nose for your facial proportions.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to perform augmentation rhinoplasty with cartilage and fascial grafts.   Additional pictures from all views would be helpful.
