Approx 4 months post op…losing hope that things will improve with time. Is a facelift revision the only thing that could possibly address these issues? I look distorted, and not natural and concerned that this would worsen with another surgery. My earlobes are naturally attached, and hte plan was to have them detached, so unsure if something went wrong? Are the pixie ears considered severe? Can the pulling and tension settle down further with more time? The cars? I cant wear my hair up.
