Hello, I have hollow upper eyelids that is genetic. I'm wondering what course of action I should take for this? Furthermore, I had HA fillers there, but it has not done anything for my drowsy looking eyelids.

It seems that you have sleepy and sunken eyes. I would like to recommend full incisional double eyelid + ptosis correction + micro fat graft to correct your sleepy eyes and make your eyes bigger and fresh.
