Look at it this way, after having gone through a hair transplant procedure, and all that it entails, you will want to do everything you can to maintain the hair you have. This is true whether it's the natural hair or transplanted hair. I recommend the continued use of oral or topical finasteride to help maintain the hair follicles that have not been transplanted, not for the grafts themselvesFor maintenance and improved growth of the grafts themselves I recommend PRP injections.
