I have a lot of fat on the apples of my cheeks which throws off the proportions of my face, especially when smiling. I am a slim and fit person but this face fat is genetic. It doesn’t appear that surgical options like buccal fat reduction do much for this part of the face and cheek. I looked at facetite results and have not seen much of a difference in this area ( although it seems effective one the lower face). How effective it facetite for the upper and mid cheek (fat reduction)
