Would FaceTite, Liposuction, Morpheus8, Ulthera, Exilis, or Thermage rejuvenate my jawline? (Photo)

I am a 50 year old woman looking to improve the appearance of my jawline, specifically under my chin. Would any non-surgical or minimally invasive procedures help me? I am not looking for a drastic change, just a believable improvement.

In my practice, FaceTite with Morpheus8 would be recommended.  That combination has produced amazing results for those patients not ready for surgical options.  FaceTite will sculpt your fat in those areas that obstruct the jawline and Morpheus8 will tighten skin.   Adding Morpheus at the treatment time and then 1-2 times later has really revolutionized out options for patients.  All the other options are a bit outdated but with some providers get some results. Great question!  Based on your pictures, I would say you look like a great candidate for Facetite.  Facetite is minimally invasive and is a great option for what you are describing.  The procedure includes 4 steps: 1. numbing with tumescent fluid, 2. use of the Facetite hand piece to melt fat and tighten your skin, 3. liposuction to the lower part of your face and submental area, & 4. finishing with Morpheus8 on the treatment area for extra skin tightening.  Typically, your progress would include coming back in to take pictures at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Hello, hope you are well. Your best option would be to undergo a surgical neck lift, but excluding that option the next best thing would be FaceTite and NeckTite with Morpheus8. You can expect improvement of lower face and jaw contour and improvement in skin elasticity. I think as long as your goals and expectations are reasonable, you would be happy with that choice. The limitations are with the deeper structures of the neck (platysma and subplatysmal fat), which cannot be sculpted without surgery.

For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist to discuss the use of appropriate HA fillers to straighten and define the jawline to eliminate the jowl and to help tighten the submental area along with the use of HA fillers for a nonsurgical filler necklift--both of which engender little to no significant downtime and typically produce immediate results that elicit a "Wow!" reaction. Liposuction is an expensive and invasive procedure that does engender downtime and may even result in neck sagging following fat removal. As to all the expensive "bells and whistles" gizmos that you mention in your question, and are heavily hawked these days, you should be aware that the hard science to promote their use lags woefully behind the heavy marketing and social media hype to promote them. From your photos you can consider FaceTite for improvement of the jawline and neck area.  Morpheus8 treatments can be added to enhance your results. Your side profile photograph demonstrates significant genetic fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. Liposuction will only remove the fat compartment above the muscle, while a surgical neck lift is going to be required remove the fat deposits below the muscle which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. The minimally invasive treatments cannot address your issues a deep neck fat
