I recently had a deep plane facelift and buccal fat removal. However, my perioral mounds/mouth fat/mouth "pouches" remain. This still creates a slight marionette on my face. I have read many times that a facelift cannot do much to affect this area. So, my question is, can Facetite target this area to melt the fat causing the mouth fat bulges on either side of my mouth?
