Concerns post mastopexy with mini tummy tuck. Can this be improved? (Photo)

Question

I am 44 years old and had this procedure around five years ago. I am pleased to have had the procedure as I had a lot of loose skin post pregnancy and weight loss. However I do still feel unhappy about the "indented" skin around the scars of the breasts and the overhang above the mini tuck scar. I have maintained my weight so hoped for a better look on the stomach. I do feel the breasts look less rounded and lifted than hoped also. Can this be improved? My surgeon thought not 2y post-.

If you are asking if this will improve on its own with more time, the answer is no. But, if you are asking if this can be improved with a surgical revision, then the answer is yes. You appear to be able to get a nice improvement with some scar revisions and maybe some fat transfers to the breast. Of course, you would need to be seen in person, but you can absolutely have a revision if you desire it.

From review of pictures it appears that you might benefit from revision surgery. For a detailed and definitive opinion, your pre-op pictures and operation notes will help to give realistic expectation after any revision surgery.

From the posted photos it does appear you would have improvement from a revision to your tummy tuck and breast surgery.  An exam would be needed to determine if the abdomen could be addressed with liposuction or if further skin excision is recommended.  Shaping options for the breasts could also be considered.
