Uneven eyelids after Asian double eyelid surgery - what can be done to make eyes even? (photos)

Significant swelling is normal and to be expected after Asian eyelid surgery, especially if an incisional technique was used. Once the initial swelling resolves in 1-3 months the crease (if properly created during surgery) should become better defined. The appearance and height of your creases will continue to change as your eyelids heal and the swelling resolves over the course of this year. Symmetry will likely improve as you heal, but follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure the best results. @drdonyoo
