Hello. I have had breast implants (silicone put in under the muscle) for about a year. I just delivered my baby about a month ago. I pumped about three times, then decided against it. My breasts just look droopy and a little misshaped. It somewhat looks like there is a little ridge under my breasts. Could this be that I am just not used to being so full anymore from pregnancy? How Would I know if something had ruptured or is it very common to happen? Thank you

You are still very early in the healing process and what you are seeing are not your final results yet. You may expect a degree of swelling which could persist for months. Bruising, drooping and sharp pains are also common a few weeks/months after surgery. Keep close contact with your surgeon...
