Is it bad to have excess skin on both my eyelids? I'm only 13

Im only 13 and I have excess skin on my upper eyelid. I always think why is it that im young and have extra skin over my eyelids. I mean am I growing older by the minute? My dad has this trait but he is already 50 yrs old.

I would not recommend having hair transplantation at the same time as a browlift unless the browlift is through the eyelid incision.  You do not appear to need either a browlift or eyelid surgery, but rather a hairline lowering/advancement or hair transplantation. Hope that helps and...

If it is really a permanent suture that is exposed you need to have it removed.  Or it will always be exposed and bothering you.  At 5 weeks the suture can be removed without the whole lid falling.  So that should not be a concern.
