I would not recommend having hair transplantation at the same time as a browlift unless the browlift is through the eyelid incision. You do not appear to need either a browlift or eyelid surgery, but rather a hairline lowering/advancement or hair transplantation. Hope that helps and best wishes,Dr. Donath
Experienced facial surgeons perform this combination regularly. You should see a surgeon who can computer image you. This will allow you to see what is a realistic expectation. From your picture, it seems you could benefit from a harline advancement, however likely do not need a browlift or a blepharoplasty.Best wishes.
Brow lift, hairline lowering, and no need for upper lid surgery or hair transplants if you use the Irregular Trichphytic Hairline Lowering/Browlift we developed 35 years ago for patients like you. See a surgeon very experienced with this technique and look at his results especially the hairline before proceeding.this way you can kill three birds with one stone and
A brow lift and eyelid surgery are usually performed under general anesthesia, while a hair transplant is usually performed under local anesthesia, since it takes a long period of time. A brow lift procedure is only performed on patients who have a low brow position, which is not present in the photographs. When patients have a combination of a low eyebrow and a high hairline, the incision can be placed at the hairline in order to bring hairline down.
Great question and thank you for posting photos.Using a trichophytic incision along the hairline, the scalp can be advanced and the brows lifted. However, you appear to be young and your brows are anatomically in a good position. Your upper eyelids also appear to be quite youthful. Brow lift in your case could cause you to have a "surprised" look at rest.Lowering the hairline will improve the proportional balance between forehead, midface, and lower face and does appear appropriate for you based on your photo. You must be willing to accept the resultant scar along the hairline. This does heal quite nicely, though it will never be completely invisible.I recommend you consult with a facial plastic or plastic surgeon to discuss your desired outcome.
