Can I get areola reduction and inverted nipple correction simulatenosuly under local anaesthetic or do I have to wait a few weeks between each procedure to recover from each procedure

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but generally speaking, it can be done under local anesthesia at the same time. You should be able to have both inverted nipple correction and areola reduction performed at the same time.  It will vary by surgeon if these procedures are both available under local anesthesia or if general is recommended.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
