7 weeks post op Revision Rhinoplasty & septo and things are not resolving at all and I look terrible . Any suggestion? (photo)

I'm not sure if I have hemorisidin staining on the left side particularly. I'm very dark above and below my left eye. It's gone concave above my left eye and c concave on the upper left bridge. I've been using arnica, now switched to hirudoid cream, and have ordered auriderm eye gel with vitamin k oxide. I have what feels like cartlidge sticking out on the left. My nose curves right later. I look like I'm developing a twisted nose s shaped I look like I've aged with hollow sunken eyes. Any ideas??

Thank you for the photos and your question. Yes, revision rhinoplasty can help with these issues. Your tip cartilages appear a bit asymmetric and the tip of the nose is slightly overprojected. Please meet with a few surgeons before deciding on the best course of action for you.

Nose won't stop bleeding after second rhinoplasty. Is this normal?

A small amount of bleeding and oozing is to be expected after a rhinoplasty and may last a day or two. However, if you are having constant dripping or bright red blood, I recommend you contact your surgeon immediately or go to the Emergency room.

If this was a primary nose surgery, I would consider revision rhinoplasty in 1 year with use of mastoid or temporal fascia. ENDURAgen from Stryker is a dermal collagen matrix that is also helpful for bridge deformities. However, if this was s second surgery, I would opt for injection therapy...

Thank you for your question.  At 2 weeks post-op there is significant swelling and you will not be able to predict how the area will eventually settle out.  Depending on the scar tissue and dissection, areas will swell and resolve at different rates making overall assessment futile at...

Coribere, you are undoubtedly experiencing ongoing nasal swelling.  Osteotomies (cutting of the nasal bones) leads to significant swelling.  When you press on the side of your nose and it looks better for a while, this is you pressing out the fluid in the tissues.  You are likely...

I agree with many of the comments that are already posted. For your type of nose it is key to understand what your skin envelope is like. If there us still some flexibility we can augment your tip with further cartilage grafting to help define.
