How you know if you’re too far gone for Ultratherm or other non-surgical treatments for sagging skin and jowls? (Photos)

I have pretty good skin and not too much volume loss, but I am also 42. My treatment provider believes Ultratherm will give great tightening results, but other posts I’ve read suggest that older patients ditch non-surgical options for surgical treatments for noticeable results. Going under the knife is not possible for me, so my only options are Ultratherm or similar. But I won’t waste my money if I’m not a good candidate. Thank you :)
