40yo Female with DD breasts -- I've had stretch marks since I was 11 and suddenly went from no bra to D in a year. Never bothered me because they were pale and not noticeable, but in the last couple years, the skin has suddenly gotten wrinkly and loose with deep grooves around the stretch marks. Breasts haven't changed size. Bust/stretch mark/tightening creams make no difference. Suggestions?
Answer: Chest Wrinkles -- PRP/Microneedling, Laser (Fraxel/Halo/Co2), emeragecosmetics COSMELAN/ENLIGHTEN/EMERAGESKIN AERIFY chest is treated just like the face --- in office lasers, at home peels and skincare. start cosmelan or enlighten and maintaine with aerify now and MTS roller at home, in office start morpheus and fraxel. Do a consultation. Sculptra injetions also help. at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules weekly, see linkt) should be started now to prevent further aging. For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling 2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors 3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium 4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill 5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest 7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin 8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months) Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Reduce appearance of fine lines and loose skin with Morpheus8 Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Treatments for wrinkly/loose skin (stretch marks) on breasts? Hi Hed, We have had success with crepe skin using collagen stimulating injections of hyper dilute Radiesse in combination with Profound RF (RadioFrequency) and a very light carbon dioxide laser. I also treat patients with a skin boost using Medi-Inject which is an automated precise injection of a wrinkle improving solution into the superficial skin. It may take a few treatment sessions over the course of about 18 months. Feel free to contact me for further information, and either a virtual or in person consultation. Good luck and be well.
