Sculptra to outer thighs?

Question

Can sculptra create a contoured look to outer thighs to fix the edges created by botched lipo that has given me a sharp edge rather than rounded buttocks/thighs. I have no fat left to transfer. Also can sculptra give some volume back to my inner knees that were also aggressively lipo'd and now are hollow and hurt when I sleep in my side and both my knees touch. Anyone in Sydney skilled in sculptra to these body parts ? Oen to travelling to the US west coast if no Doctor here has the experience

Sculptra can be used in the outer thighs for depressions and post liposuction deformity. I have used it and the patients have been happy with the improvements. Thank you for sharing your question.  Sculptra can be used to help mask cellulite, indentations, and harsh angled areas in the body by encouraging growth of the patient's own collagen.  I would see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss the likelihood of a positive improvement.
