Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  These dents and lines along the outer part of the corner of the mouth are termed radial smile lines and are difficult to treat.  A result of movement of the underlying muscles this area is best improved with dermal fillers such as Restylane Defyne, Juvederm Vollure, or Sculptra.  It does take serial sessions to achieve noticeable improvement so I would discuss your current results with your surgeon in order to establish a treatment plan.  Hope this helps.
