How can I get rid of huge open pores on nose & a scar on my cheek from picking a freckle off? (Photo)

Hello, I have sensitive pale asian skin. Due to squeezing blackheads out during adolescence, I have accumulated what I think is known as "strawberry nose"(?) where my pores have become quite large and get filled with excess sebum. I would like to know if there are any treatments that could close or reduce the size of my pores? I also recently pick out a freckle on my cheek leaving a gouge and scarred skin. Having applied aloe vera, is there anything else I could do to prevent scarring?
