Primary surgery done in May 2016, I had a small bump and a bulbous tip corrected, I loved my nose when my cast came off. Over the past year it has changed significantly and now looks awful. My surgeon has given me 3 rounds of steroid shots to try to dissolve the scar tissue, my nose hasn't reacted to them. Do I need to find a specialised revision surgeon to remove the scar tissue? My cosmetic surgeon says this will be straight forward but I'm obviously nervous about it turning out worse.
