I had my first rhinoplasty 6 years ago, seeking an overall more narrow nose. The results were not very noticeable so I had a second rhinoplasty done 4 months ago. I asked my surgeon to define my tip and possibly narrow my nose further. Now the cartilage on my nose is uneven on the sides. I will be seeking a 3rd rhinoplasty at some point, but am confused as to what needs to be done to reach my goals of a straight nose with an appropriately defined tip.
