Numbness under arm after BA. Is this normal or have I ended up with nerve damage?

So it's been just over 3 months since I had my breast augmentation via transaxillary incisions and I still have numbness under my right arm maybe 2-3cm away from the incision. Is this normal or have I ended up with nerve damage?
