Would I be a good candidate for Breast Fat Transfer?

Hi I'm a small framed young woman of 20 I stand at 153cm and I weigh no more then 41kg. What one of my main concerns is that my right breast sags more then then my left breast. So I am considering getting a breast lift in the future. I also have quite small breasts so I am hoping to get a breast fat transfer done the reason why I'd consider breast fat transfer. I am also quite skinny and I don't have much body fat on me. However would I still be a good candidate for breast fat transfer?
