If you use prp with your breast fat transfers can you please comment?

I am on an explant Facebook page where a lot of women are interested in fat transfer. Even though there are over 2000 women on this site we are having a tough time finding a doctor who has experience with breast fat grafting and uses prp. Can you please comment if you may be a surgeon our group is interested in consulting with? Thanks!!!
