I had a breast lift without implants 2 years ago. The upper pole looks very flat. I'm a small C-cup. I don't necessarily need a size increase, just shape improvement. I'm wondering if I could get a noticeable improvement with fat transfer, since I don't want implants. How much fat would you need to liposuction? Do most people usually have this amount, if not super skinny? Or do you have to have very big fat deposits somewhere?
