I had a sculpsure treatment on the abdominal area - 5 pads. 3 pads on the lower abdomen and 2 on the upper. I took a break between the two cycles hence the mistake.The left upper abdomen is quite sore and I feel a nodule developing under the skin which I know is normal but the right side feels like I have had no treatment. There is a 50% chance my left side was treated twice and I'm absolutely freaking out because I don't know what are the potential consequences of this issue....

I have tried it on the ankles and it worked quite well, so I would try it and see if it helps, there are not many options out there for "cankles". CoolSculpting needs loose skin to suck into the treatment heads, so it won't work on the ankles.
