Burning sensation in one breast 8 months after breast augmentation, ruptured ??

I'm 22 and had a breast augmentation 8 months ago, recently i've been feeling a burning sensation in one of my breast and at times it can be sensitive, though my breast hasn't changed in shape. My implants are Polyurethane breast implants (Furry Brazilians), whats the chance that my implant has ruptured ???

The pain you are describing sounds very much like nerve pain which often occurs following breast augmentation. It generally settles by 18 months post surgery. A rupture is unlikely at 8 months post-op. An MRI or USS may be advisable if you're worried.
