I had my breast augmentation done 3 weeks ago with 495cc teardrop, sub under the muscle. I fear my left (your right) breast is dropping too low. I have included before, during and after photos and that breast naturally seemed to sit a little higher and is bigger naturally but I am slightly unsure! I know kris still early but I would much prefer something like this be under control sooner! Thanks!

Answer: Post-op BAM It is very difficult to tell from your photos, but at this stage I think you have a very reasonable result. You do appear to have a little asymmetry but it may even out. Make an appointment for a review with your surgeon. There's not a whole lot to be done at this stage except wait for everything to completely settle.

Answer: Textured The teardrop implants are usually textured which means they hold their position better than smooth implants. It is not uncommon to have asymmetry for the first 6 weeks or so after surgery. Your skin, breast tissue, and muscle all have significant swelling so its important to let this resolve. Make sure you bring this up with you PS. I bet when the healing is all done you will look great.
