Dear Alove1432,After having a Liposuction/BBL swollen is expected. If you area wearing a compression garment with a hole around your vagina that's the reason why it is swollen, because that area is not compressed. I recommend you to place a towel under the garment from side to side of the hole trying to compress it. Also massages helps with the inflammation. Best wishes.
