You could wait around three months after your breast implant surgery to be comfortable with lying on your stomach as your recover from your buttock surgery. Consult with a few plastic surgeons in person for more detailed information and a thorough exam.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno
Thank you for your question. I recommend my patients to wait 6 months after any procedure. You will need to repeat your labs to make sure you are still perfectly healthy before surgery. Make sure your doctor clears you before surgery. Best wishes
I think 3 months between surgeries should be enough time, consult with your PS about it to go over your options.Best wishes!
If you've had a breast augmentation, I recommend waiting 6 months to get a BBL. After a BBL, you will be lying on your chest and implants. Most likely the pocket will be formed at 3 months but better to be safe and not lay on them for long periods. Speak with your plastic surgeon to see what his/her recommendations are.
Thank you for your question. I generally recommend patients wait at least six months between elective surgeries. I suggest consulting with a plastic surgeon in person so they can better go over the procedure with you and help you plan accordingly. Good luck!Kamran Azad MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dear Balticsexychef318,most plastic surgeons will recommend you to wait at least 6 months before considering another elective surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello and thank you for your question. I appreciate the importance of the question you are asking. With my own patients, we perform a thorough history and physical examination and go over the client's goals, budget, and expectations. Many people would prefer to get it all done at once as a) it saves time off from work/responsibilities, b) allows for one recovery, and c) is more cost effective. For safety reasons, I try to limit my surgeries to less than 6 hours at a time, and in most cases, for simple breast augmentation, liposuction of the abdomen/flanks/lower back and fat transfer to the buttocks/hips, we are able to achieve that in one surgery. In cases where there is more liposuction or work to be performed, we can do one surgery and then the other around 4 weeks later. I hope this helps answer your question. Please make sure to visit a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in advanced breast and body techniques. Sincerely,Dr. Sean Kelishadi
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I would recommend to wait six months between surgeries, but remember that all depends on your health and lab tests.l suggest you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)

An important question. There can be some contour changes that occur as your swelling resolves. Im glad youre following your instructions since this will help the swelling resolve as quickly as possible. It takes several months for the swelling to resolved although much of the swelling resolves...
Thank you for your question. Every plastic surgery office has their own set of pre and post operative instructions that they recommend their patients follow. It is most important to follow the instructions of your surgeon.
Thanks for the question.I have never seen the vacuum system truly work in permanently raising the buttocks.I would not waste my money.Dr T
