My surgery was August 2011 so it is now going on 8 months after surgery. I had a deviated septum fixed and a small bump on my nose removed. I had closed nose surgery. The side view of my nose looks good but I feel like from the front the two sides look swollen out on either side of my nose. I even feel what seems like the bone on my left side of my nose and it makes my nose not look straight. Could this still be swollen? Could this be because my septum was bent on that side?

It's important to understand the reason behind sinusitis, for example, if a deviated septum is the cause of it, a Septoplasty may improve your blocked nose and migraines.
Before answering this a proper test would be necessary.
Rib cartilage should not be used in Rhinoplasty as it has a tendency to dissolve unevenly over time making it unrelaible as a nasal implant IMO.
