Will Nose Surgery Help a Chronic Stuffed Nose?

I injured my nose years ago and now I have a problem with the left side being stuffed up all the time. I have acute sinusitis. Because I am being forced to breath out of the right side alot, I have a lot of pain on that side and get frequent migraines. Do you think the surgery would help with the sinuses and the migraines. I am currently doing the nasal rinse every day, taking Tylenol sinus for pain, using breathe right nasal strips at night, and taking Maxalt for migraines.
