The Tyndall Effect is a bluish discoloration of the skin after hyaluronic acid treatments. It's not clear from your narrative how long ago your treatment was. The closest may start with white skin, and then turn to purple skin, and this is typically painful. If you have any concerns, this would be best to bring up with with your surgeon. You are clearly saying that you are a high risk patient for necrosis after fillers in the nose because you have had several rhinoplasties. You have had fillers in your nose in the past and you know this is not normal for you. Get an urgent help from an experienced injector to inject  hyalurodinase immediately, if your physician is reluctant to treat you. You may need a series of Hyalase injections and antibiotics till it is resolved .

I would definitely recommend seeing a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon for further evaluation to ensure your nose is healing properly and that you do not have vascular necrosis. Filler injections to the nose tend to be advanced filler techniques and I would recommend that you see  a plastic surgeon or dermatologist who is comfortable doing these advanced techniques and has an in depth understanding of facial anatomy. Best, Dr. Scott

Thanks for the question.  Based on the appearance, I would say that this is a potential vascular compromise.  I had one of my own and the appearance is similar.  I would call your doctor back immediately and get in to see them.  Take a full strength aspirin now and use heat, not ice to the area.  Good luck!
