After 3 month there is no problem to to brush your hair or give any direction but it is important to be gentle. I suggest not to use any ind of gel, topic or any chemical products for 6 month.
We tell our patients that at 4 months post-op there is really nothing you can do that is going to help or hurt the transplant. Combing/brushing the grafted area should not cause any harm.
Hey there,4 months is quite a long time after hair transplant. You can comb however you want and in any direction. You can treat your hair normally like before, there is no need to worry.Hope this helps
By four months postop you may safely treat the transplanted hair like regular hair and comb it normally. .
At 4 months go for it, a soft brush is always better but whatever you use, be gentle with the hair particularly any native hair that remains
