I am 27 years old male, lost most of mid scalp and hair loss is processing to front. (also receding hairline but really slow compared to crown loss)I have tried Finasteride, which did wonders for my hair. Nearly filled all crown and mid scalp area in 7 months.Dropped it due to big side effects.I also could not use minox foam and spray due to dark circle sides. Can't i get a hair transplant to fill my crown area with a reasonable amount of graft then keep rest of it for future/possible hair loss?

Answer: It would be difficult to advise on if you should or should not have surgery without an examination.
It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.
Even if you did damage a graft, one graft will not impact your final results.
It is best to ask you doctor about your concerns. The specifics of your surgery and how your surgery was planned is something only your doctor knows. For example: If the 150 grafts were supposed to go right in the middle of your hairline, it would make a huge difference.
It is normal to shed transplanted hairs weeks after surgery. The new hairs may take 6 to 12 months to grow. The photo looks like a dried up graft. If you are concerned, go back to see your doctor.
