It is best to ask you doctor about your concerns.  The specifics of your surgery and how your surgery was planned is something only your doctor knows.  For example: If the 150 grafts were supposed to go right in the middle of your hairline, it would make a huge difference.

İf they applied 4000 grafts to your head, and there is anly 150 left, there won't be a big difference. Applying more than 4000 grafts is a very successful operation. I think the results are going to be wonderful. 

Considering that you had n4000+ grafts, clearly a small percentage will make a small difference. There is not much that can be said for having 4000 grafts in 8 hours, is reasonably fast
