150 grafts remaind that where not Transplantd Would that make a difference? Grafts are very valuable so I was left concerned.

Hi Chico1980,Thank you for posting your question on realself.com. I would have wanted those 150 put in as well. However, 150 grafts is about half an eyebrow if you are going for density goals. It is best to ask you doctor about your concerns.  The specifics of your surgery and how your surgery was planned is something only your doctor knows.  For example: If the 150 grafts were supposed to go right in the middle of your hairline, it would make a huge difference.

İf they applied 4000 grafts to your head, and there is anly 150 left, there won't be a big difference. Applying more than 4000 grafts is a very successful operation. I think the results are going to be wonderful.

Considering that you had n4000+ grafts, clearly a small percentage will make a small difference. There is not much that can be said for having 4000 grafts in 8 hours, is reasonably fast
