I had 4600 grafts done and it took all day. But because of my discomfort towards the end of the transplant - 8 hours later

150 grafts remaind that where not Transplantd Would that make a difference? Grafts are very valuable so I was left concerned.

It is normal to shed transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  The new hairs may take 6 to 12 months to grow.The photo looks like a dried up graft. If you are concerned, go back to see your doctor.

 Thank you for your question. Placing plastic over the follicular unit grafts is not common practice. I personally feel that allowing the graphs to “breathe“ is better.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.In general you can resume using your hair products after the wound has healed.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative or pre operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.There is no firm start or stop time frame of using minoxidil other than it may irritate the newly transplanted grafts.
