Lumps from Teoxane Kiss one year later

Hello, I had fillers in october 2017 and my lips have deflated on one side (right side in photo) and inside my bottom and top lips. The doctor I used said the product was Teoxane Kissy but I cannot find much about it online... I am looking to get the lumps removed and have a different product put in. Please may someone advise how I should do this? Can I remove the fillers myself or will I have to pay?

Hi. Thank you for your question. There seems to be swelling in both your top and bottom lips. Since the injection was so recent, you will need to wait 10-14 days for it to settle. Once the swelling calms down, you can have your injector to assess again for possible correction if needed.

Your tear troughs were quite deep initially, but I do see them filled from your baseline photo. I would go back to your injector to asses; you might need to do another syringe to attain your results.

Its hard to give treatment advice when they are no photos. Like stated previously it is rare to have such surface changes following treatment, I would go back to your injector and have them reassess, it might be that there needs to be more hylauronidase used.
