Hi. Thank you for your question. There seems to be swelling in both your top and bottom lips. Since the injection was so recent, you will need to wait 10-14 days for it to settle. Once the swelling calms down, you can have your injector to assess again for possible correction if needed. 

Dear Kayla, I am sorry that your filler experience has not be satisfactory for you. In general, the lower lip should be 50-100% bigger than your upper lip for what is considered "standard aesthetics." This does not hold true with every person though.  For you, after the filler, the upper lip remains swollen. This may be from more product in the lip or a deep bruise. You may wish to let the filler settle for a few days, but then definitely follow up with your provider if there are any concerns. It it remains with the upper lip much bigger than the bottom, you may consider hyaluronidase to dissolve some away  or more filler for your bottom lip. Good luck!
