It has been 2 years since the injection of Teosyal touchup under my eye. The substance created tony bumps and irregularities . I had two injections of hyaluronidase to dissolve it, but one can still see the whitish tiny bumps under my eye . The skin looks uneven and irregular. One doctor even suggested dermabrasion to remove those tiny bumps. What can be done?

The first 48 hours after a filler irregular swelling may occur so it is too early to tell. At the two week mark I would go back to your injector so they can take a look at it if this looks the same. If it is excess product hylauronidase can be used to dissolve some of the excess.

Wait 1- 2weeks and if the swelling does not go down, return to your injector for more Hyaluronidase.
