LInes on corner of mouth after lip filler. I'm only 25. (Photos)

since getting lip filler and filling my cheeks and nasiolabial folds, it has made me have creases on the corners of my mouth which are especially when i smile or talk what can i do to get rid of them? Im only 25 and prior to get lip fillers I did not have these lines

Your tear troughs were quite deep initially, but I do see them filled from your baseline photo. I would go back to your injector to asses; you might need to do another syringe to attain your results.

Its hard to give treatment advice when they are no photos. Like stated previously it is rare to have such surface changes following treatment, I would go back to your injector and have them reassess, it might be that there needs to be more hylauronidase used.

The first 48 hours after a filler irregular swelling may occur so it is too early to tell. At the two week mark I would go back to your injector so they can take a look at it if this looks the same.  If it is excess product hylauronidase can be used to dissolve some of the excess.
