Tear Trough Fillers Gone after 2 weeks, how many ml do you think I need? (photos)

I had Teosyal on 30th March, and by the time I'd gone for my 2 week check up, the hollows are back. I have very hollow eyes and this is what I wanted the treatment for. The practitioner under filled, which I fully agree with. Just curious as to why this seems to have dissolved within 2 weeks. Curious as to how many ml you think I may need? Pics attached; 3 image - Top; After Treatment, Bottom: 2wks later 4 image: Top; 2wks after treatment, Bottom: Before treatment Thank you in advance.

Its hard to give treatment advice when they are no photos. Like stated previously it is rare to have such surface changes following treatment, I would go back to your injector and have them reassess, it might be that there needs to be more hylauronidase used.

The first 48 hours after a filler irregular swelling may occur so it is too early to tell. At the two week mark I would go back to your injector so they can take a look at it if this looks the same.  If it is excess product hylauronidase can be used to dissolve some of the excess.
