Under chin freezing and drinking water?

Coolsculpting will present amazing, smooth, natural results within a 90 day period, even without drinking extra water.  However, drinking more water than usual may help speed the process of removing the dead fat cells from the body .  The lymphatic drainage system will be working overtime to move these cells along, and more water in the system could aid the process.  This has not been proven in a clinical setting, but we do recommend that our clients drink more water while awaiting the results of their Coolsculpting treatment. CoolSculpting is based on freezing the fat in the area coinciding with a healthy diet/exercise routine. 90 days is the time-frame to see your results and possibly longer should you get a second treatment. This technology has been long researched and tested by Harvard doctors so the process itself is what helps it to be successful without any additional "post treatment" recommendations.
