I got a syringe of Juvaderm Ultra yesterday afternoon. I’ve been icing it on and off since then and slept elevated last night. I’ve had no bruising, but the swelling seems worse than from what I’m seeing with others wove has the same treatment. It feels very stiff and I can’t even lip my top lip! Will this cartoon “duck bill” go down or is this what I can expect the results to be? I’m in freak out mode! The first pic was 10 mins after injections 2nd pic is today

There is no reason to be concerned. Antibiotics are used quite frequently for various infections in patients with existing filler and there has been no evidenced that the use of antibiotics affects filler's longevity nor their expected metabolism.
I recommend patients wait two weeks between injections to allow the swelling and bruising to resolve so the injector has an accurate idea of what areas need to be filled. You should wait an additional week before your next injection. Hope this helps!
