White Orchid Spa - Account Suspended

I'm sorry for no pictures. I'm not very tech savvy. I'm 57 F. I had Botox recently for my "11's", so around my brows and forehead. It looked good, but I have to admit, I don't like how it feels. I don't like not being able to raise my eyebrows. I am very ....expressive when I speak and this was driving me crazy. Otherwise, as far as results, it looked good

White Orchid is lovely and Jaslyn provided good information and my skin felt great after my facial. I would highly recommend both the spa and Jaslyn. White Orchid has a membership as well and today I will be joining and getting my first Broadband Laser therapy. Looking forward to a year of pampering and looking and feeling my best!

First off, Laura is amazing! She is so personable and very thorough in explaining the procedures. I went in to get Botox and I didn’t want to look frozen. Laura mentioned that It’s very important to her that her clients look natural afterwards. It was a great experience with amazing results and I will be going back for future touch ups!

Hello, I would like the opportunity to express my gratitude to the staff at the White Orchid Spa in Vero Beach Florida. Professional, knowledgeable, and sincere are just a few adjectives I would use to describe the staff at the White Orchid Spa. Specifically, Nurse Practitioner Laura Phelan has provided outstanding care and I cannot say enough about the trust I have in her as a medical provider. I was interested in improving the wrinkles on my neck and the drooping I was getting on my jaw line and under my chin. As an educator myself, I wanted to read as much as I could ahead of time and seek out several opinions before going forward with any procedures. I had 3 appointments lined up for consultations. A doctor in Stuart was recommended, so I made the 45 minute drive to their spectacular office directly on the intercostal waterway. Meeting with an administrative assistant of some sort, who had had work done there herself, I felt uneasy from the start. Which is difficult because I am already questioning in my idea to go through with any procedures. I actually was feeling embarrassed and slightly intimidated. As polite as this woman was, I couldn’t see myself being comfortable at their lovely office. In addition, no physician or nurse made any attempt to speak to me. The White Orchid Spa was next. I met with Laura Phelan immediately, no sales pitch first. She very carefully and in great detail explained the options available. I believe I was there at least 45 minutes, which is rare for a consultation. My decision was made then to seek treatment at White Orchid because of Laura. I believed she had my best interest at heart and I would trust her. She recommended a Halo procedure and Juvashape. My experience was exactly how she had described and her professionalism each time we met was outstanding. We discussed goals each time and my realistic expectations. I am happy to say 1 of the goals was definitely accomplished! The drooping under my chin is something I now understand only surgery can fix. I wanted to take the time to write this to thank Laura and to endorse services at the White Orchid Spa. I felt cared for and provided treatment by a true professional.I would most highly recommend White Orchid Spa as a service provider for facial treatments!!

This spa is the most relaxing place in the world. They have taken years off my life and the amenities are exceptional. The ARNP’s are both amazing. I have had 3 syringes of Juvederm and I can’t believe how great I look.

My experience was amazing! Laura was very helpful in all aspects of skincare needs as well as following up after. Patient centered care completely. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning for more treatments.

From the very beginning,the staff was professional & friendly.They checked on me frequently to see how I was doing, even offered snacks & beverages. Bring along your phone,book or IPad to pass the time. the procedure does pinch a bit in the beginning but quickly goes away. I had little discomfort afterwards. No down time at all.I went right back to work. Note this treatment is not for weight loss but to help with stubborn areas. Some people may need more than one treatment.

Procedure went well, not uncomfortable at all during procedure, expected timeline for final result was right on the money. Worked so well I’ve schedule a ‘mini’ for my chin and can’t wait for the results!

Sarah at White Orchid Spa did a great job with my coolsculpt treatment. She explained everything to me and was very patient. The procedure was painless and over before i knew it. Laura has given my youth back to me. Her attentive and caring ways, made me feel comfortable , when I wasn't sure of what to expect when receiving my first Botox injections and my line fillers. Laura asked me to come in for followup visits to assure me of completed treatments. I was satisfied with each visit I had with Laura and the the improvement she and the injections and fillers she performed on me. I can say that I will continue seeing her and her co-workers at White Orchid Spa. I don't know why I didn't make an appointment with Laura there, long before I did in December 2018. I live in Kentucky, but we have a home in Vero Beach, so I will continue as a client there with Laura as long as she will have me. HAHA!! I do plan to allow her to treat me with the Halo in the fall of this year. I am looking forward to begin with that stage of my new found facial youth!!! I am one blessed woman!!!
