Yes,it is possible to combine Sculptra and fat grafting for facial volume. However, they are not done at the same time. Generally 3 months apart is best.
Dear mybeauty:The idea of volumizing and firming is the next page in the rejuvenation / regeneration story. For decades, many molecules have been added to fat to improve its survival. Maybe Sculptra will be that molecule. So far there have been no research articles on this idea but there should be. I use both injectibles and both stimulate the immune repair system to send signals to the fibroblasts either via a stimulator molecule, poly-L-lactic acid (Sculptra) or as stem cells (fat) to regenerate blood supply and produce collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and other youthful skin components. Both injectibles do not work simultaneously so at this time, I recommend beginning with Sculptra to begin the revascularization and scaffolding. 1 to 3 months later inject the fat with anticipated greater survival and volumizing rejuvenation of the tissues. Thanks for this question! All the best!
Sculptra is a fabulous product for natural cheek augmentation. Sculptra gradually and naturally allows your body to produce its own collagen. It will give you long-lasting and natural-looking results. I would definitely suggest that you consult a board certified dermatologist with experience w...
Sculptra is a fabulous product but the reviews of procedures are linked to many factors. It can be that they were the wrong candidate for the procedure and were not treated by an experienced physician. My patients have loved Sculptra but it requires patience. Monthly injections need to be pe...
Sculptra is a great product but not meant for injection in the lip area. Now that you have this complication you may need a surgical removal. This is a complicated problem and you need to find someone who specializes in this type of procedure. Please let me know what happens. Best, Dr. Green
Yes, Sculptra is an excellent filler. That said, to the best of my knowledge there is not so much reported as using it for filling of the labia majora as you are requesting. Fat is commonly used here. Alternatively, an HA filler like restylane and Juvederm may be less...
There is no connection between sculptra injections and the development or worsening of autoimmune diseases. i would discuss this with your cosmetic dermatologist who can also speak to your treating physician.
I inject a lot of different scars with fillers but your photos were extremely helpful. The best results will be achieved through the eMatrix Laser for these type of scars. It will take at least five treatments to have these scars minimized. The eMatrix is a great laser and please consult a bo...
