I did a lip lift a few weeks ago and my PS decided to hide part of the incision in my nostrils. Had I done my homework I would have opted for a sub nasal lip lift. Now I don't recognize or like my nose. Yes, it's still swollen, but since the sills have been cut I'm sure it will still look different than it did pre surgery. Is there any way to reconstruct the nasal sills? It's so frustrating to finally have the lip you've longed only to have your nose changed so that you don't like it anymore.

Hopefully these minor irregularities will dissipate with time; often it takes 6 months to 12 months after your surgery to see the final results. If they still persist, you may want to see your surgeon, who did a nice job on your nose from the angle I can see, if there is a refinement that can ...
Most of the problem is due to the tip cartilage.
You are a great candidate for a "preservation rhinoplasty" which modifies the bridge very slightly resulting in very natural look and can reduce and support the tip efficiently and safely.
