Can you remove the skin in the inner corner of the eye to make it look more like western eyes?

Hi! I’m a Scandinavian girl and as long as I can remember I’ve been insecure about my eyes. I’ve read about something called a “Epicanthic fold” and I now know that’s what I have. I also took a photo of my eyes.
