Hi! I’m a Scandinavian girl and as long as I can remember I’ve been insecure about my eyes. I’ve read about something called a “Epicanthic fold” and I now know that’s what I have. I also took a photo of my eyes.

Thank you for your question! Yes, you do have quite prominent epicanthal folds and that can be softened/ removed by a medial epicanthoplasty procedure.  Medial epicanthoplasty is typically an adjunctive procedure to Asian blepharoplasty to 1) soften the epicanthal folds 2) change it from a tapered to parallel crease 3) elongate the eyes.
