Why do I look so masculine/boyish? Also my face is saggy and droopy at age 25. Lost 70lbs.

I look like an exact copy of my dad when he was young. Maybe a little more round in the face. What is it that make me look so masculine? The jaw? Mouth? Eyes? I know my nose is big and that my forehead is big and i’m planning to do something about it. But even when i edit photos and make my hairline lower and nose smaller i still look like a boy. Can you professional point out what it is (or is it all of it together) and give solutions? I hate this so much and I can’t even look at myself anymore
