What can be done about genetic under eye creases that have spawned early wrinkles? (Photo)

I was born with under eye creases. My dad has them, so I like them. However, I'm only 21 and have pretty decently-sized under eye wrinkles underneath the crease I was born with, and the beginnings of a third "row" of wrinkles, too. I'm wondering if the crease has made me more prone to wrinkling? Is there any way to get rid of the wrinkles underneath the crease but keep the crease itself? Thank you!

There are many nonsurgical treatments for under eye wrinkles in a young person. You can try a laser to resurface the skin such as a 2940 nm Erbium. You can try radio frequency such as Thermage around the eyes. You can try fillers, but there is risk of increasing too much volume in your under eye.

From reviewing your picture it is difficult but you seem to have a minimal tear trough deformity that can easily be corrected with Belotero which is a filler that can be injected to improve the appearance of the under eye hollows.
